What is your refund and return policy? You can cancel or amend your order within 12 hours of purchase. Our 100-day Worry-Free return policy allows returns under these guidelines:

• Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Contact info@Impaktiv.com with your return reason to receive instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• Pre-paid shipping labels are not provided for returns.

• Gift cards are non-returnable.

• International orders are not eligible for cash refunds, but qualify for exchanges or a gift card credit valued at 110% of the purchase price.

How does the 110% Back Risk-Free Guarantee work? If you are not completely satisfied with your art, you can choose between a standard refund or a gift card valued at 110% of your original purchase price when we receive your return.
