Check Your Order Status
There are a few easy ways to check the status of your Impaktiv order:
1. Check Your Email
When you place an order, we send an order confirmation email right away. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see these emails in your inbox.
2. View Your Order History
If you created an account at checkout, you can log in and view your order history, current status, and tracking information at any time from your account page.
3. Contact Us
If you checked out as a guest, can't locate your confirmation email, or have a question about your order that isn't answered above, please contact us at info@impaktiv.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we'll be happy to help.
