1. Overview

This page explains the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"), and describes how to exercise those rights when interacting with Impaktiv ("we," "us," or "our"). Residents of other U.S. states with similar privacy laws may have comparable rights. This page supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail the categories of personal information we collect, use, and disclose.

2. Your Rights Under the CCPA

Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You may direct us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information, as those terms are defined under the CCPA, including for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights, including by denying goods or services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of quality.

3. How to Opt Out of the Sale or Sharing of Your Information

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including via the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal, at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page.

4. How to Submit a Request to Know, Delete, or Correct

To submit a verifiable consumer request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, please email us at info@impaktiv.com with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will need to verify your identity before processing your request, which may require you to provide additional information. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing us with written permission signed by you.

5. Response Timing

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and aim to respond substantively within 45 days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the reason and extension period in writing.
