In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with this policy.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on the Site infringes a copyright you own, please send a written notice that includes all of the following:

Please send DMCA notices to info@impaktiv.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice." Notices that do not comply with the requirements above may not receive a response.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the email address above that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., in Arizona) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
5. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
